Trade Reviewing will be headed by a committee of 3 GMs chosen by the Commissioners Office. These GMs will be called TCM (trade committee members).
Following the Inaugural 2012 EGDL Season, TCM's will be decided by a league-wide vote each season.
When a trade gets agreed upon between two GMs, it will be posted under the Trades tab.
If more than one GM officially contacts the Commissioners Office via email or AIM and genuinely disapproves of a trade that has occurred, then the TCM will review it. Only trades deemed questionable by two or more GMs by way of AIM or Email will be reviewed by TCM.
The time frame for filing trade complaints to the Commissioners office will be no more than 24 hours after the trade was posted.
Each TCM is responsible for being fair and open-minded in regards to every trade officially reviewed.
When reviewed by TCM, Majority vote will rule.
If a member of TCM is involved in a trade being reviewed, they will not vote. If there is ever a split vote, then it will go to a league-wide vote.
If more than one member of TCM are involved in a trade, there will be a league-wide vote by default.
Remember, trade reviewing will ONLY happen if a trade is deemed questionable by more than one GM complaint via AIM or Email to the Commissioners Office.
There will be a Trade Commentary board available on the main page to vent everyones opinions who are not on TCM.
GM complaints and bickering on the trade thread will not be tolerated. *Failure to follow this rule will result in an intial warning. Warnings for multiple offenses thereafter will be more harsh and removal of a GM will be at the discretion of the Commissioners Office.
