I took a little time to review the best buys, worst buys and which teams seem to be building the best.
These are the opinions of a guy who lives about as far from MLB than anyone can (in Australia), with no real connection with any of the other team managers, or with players from any MLB team.
Taking into consideration player talent, player age, amount paid, and contract length, these are my findings-

Cliff Lee
Alex Rodriguez

Tommy Hanson
Elvis Andrus
Most Developed Teams
Brooklyn Dodgers
